So one thing that is frustrating is that I am horrible at the metric system. Why does the US have to be different than everyone. I mean the entire rest of the world uses the metric. I don't care which one....but let's be consistent people.
Anyway, I am learning kilos in buying food. Now I am learning meters with buying land. It always has to be practical.
So the land is 6.5 meters wide by 17.3 meters deep which equals 112.45 square meters. Which equates to roughly 21.32 feet x 56.75 feet which equals 1,210 square feet. So that is the size of the land and the good thing...you can build up and add space. Keep in mind this is the total space so that includes and possible "yard" and parking etc. Total space. So I suggested digging down to put the garage under the house...never know. Anyway, In comparison the other house on the bluff (refered to as la pampa) was 200 square meters. Almost double. Oh well less to keep clean right!
We have a copy of the title to the property so we also know the names of the owners of the properties next to and behind us.
Anyway, yes I have a hard time not getting intense about making things happen. I'm trying to stay chill and let things unfold....but it's fun and scary all at the same time.
