Well....nothing on the land. Nothing. Maybe today, but I am basically resigned that it is not going to happen and I really don't know why. It's extrememly frustrating. I love the spot, but I guess it's a closed door. He says he wants to sell, but he isn't making any moves in that direction to make it happen.
He has to take care of back taxes and registration. We offered to help make it happen, but he hasn't contacted us. We don't know what to think.
So I've gone from elated and excited to disappointed and having to let it go. Not exactly fun, but that's the way it is. So I don't know what next. I'm hoping Richard has some time this week to move us ahead somehow.
